My name is Scott Pritchard. I am a software manager, paramedic, wilderness rescue leader, cyclist, writer, and photographer. I am also a teacher, counselor, mentor, student, brother, son, and friend. I am a man who enjoys life, family, friends, nature, and adventure. I enjoy reading, writing, watching, and listening. I cherish the excitement of the moment and also the quiet stillness of the morning.
…but none of that really matters.
My father is the creator, the alpha and the omega, the first and the last. He is the giver of life and the redeemer of lives. He breaths life into the dry bones and commands them to walk. He heals the sick and forgives the sinner. He speaks and creates the world and all that is in it.
My father loves with an everlasting love. His promises are new every morning. He is righteous and just. He is faithful to his word. He does not abandon his children nor forsake them.
My father is the giver of good gifts. He is the source of wisdom and the inspiration of all creation. He is strong and he is powerful. He is meek and his is humble. He is kind and he is gracious. He is love.
My father created me in his image.
Who am I? I am my father’s son.
